Confession of Sins

Most loving and gracious God, through the Holy Spirit You have given us a helper and have made Your wisdom available to all who will seek Your presence.  We thank You for this great gift which You have so graciously poured out on us.  Forgive us for choosing to live our lives on our own and not seeking the help and guidance You offer.  We have even thought our wisdom adequate for life and not sought Your help in prayer.  We are sorry, Lord, and ask that You give us the courage to seek Your Holy Spirit once again.  In Christ we pray.  Amen.
